DPUC Issues Final Decision on CL&P Revenue Increase Request

The Department of Public Utility Control released its Final Decision today regarding Connecticut Light and Power’s request for additional revenues.  CL&P had requested an increase of $133.4 million for the rate year commencing July 1, 2010, and $44.2 million for the rate year beginning July 1, 2011, for a cumulative increase of $177.6 million.
