  • Consumer Counsel for the CT Office of Consumer Counsel and NASUCA President, Mary Healy, talks about consumer concerns surrounding smart grid technologies.
  • HOP Energy LLC applied for a CT Electric Supplier License.
  • Draft decision would grant Integrity Communications of Ohio, LLC an Electric Aggregator Certificate to serve commercial, industrial, municipal and governmental customers in Connecticut.
  • CT DPUC scheduled a hearing in Docket No. 10-03-13 – DPUC Declatory Ruling Concerning Net Metering for August 19, 2010, at 9:30 AM. The Department established the above docket to determine and rule on 1) the aggregation of electric meters, and 2) the sanction for customers who operate non-Class I generating facilities to aggregate the consumption of multiple electric meters for purposes of net metering.
  • CL&P telephone service call statistics rising month after month in 2010.
  • CL&P filed its summary of C&LM expenditure and commitment information for the second quarter of 2010 (through June 30, 2010).
  • CL&P filed its April 20 LRS Bid Sheets summarizing the bids received in its April Last Resort Service RFP.
