- CT DPUC scheduled a hearing in Docket No. 10-03-13 – DPUC Declatory Ruling Concerning Net Metering for August 19, 2010, at 9:30 AM. The Department established the above docket to determine and rule on 1) the aggregation of electric meters, and 2) the sanction for customers who operate non-Class I generating facilities to aggregate the consumption of multiple electric meters for purposes of net metering.
