- Northeast Utilities filed its June Billing Report with the CT DPUC.
- Gas LDCs filed new Interruptible Rates and Purchased Gas Adjustments effective July 1.
- In a request to establish a new docket on its own motion, the CT DPUC plans to review local distribution companies’ Arrearage Forgiveness Programs.
- DPUC scheduled special meeting for July 28 at 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM to discuss and review United Illuminating’s SOS and LRS auctions.
- Discount Power said customer complaint was an isolated incident due to customer service/email error.
- Yankee Gas submitted its Compliance Order No. 4 for approval for funding of a new natural gas energy efficiency Energy Conscious Blueprint project.
- United Illuminating filed its updated Transmission Adjustment Clause and Schedule of Rates & Riders effective July 1, 2010.
- CL&P declared regular quarterly dividends on nine issues of its preferred stock.
- DPUC issued Draft Decision in Rand Whitney Containerboard’s application for a capital grant and financing for customer-side distributed generation resources. Final Decision expected July 21.
- ISO New England begins preparation for next Forward Capacity Auction on August 2.
- New online comparison website – http://CTenergysavings.com – launches to help state residents and businesses make educated decisions in regards to their monthly electric bill.
- Kerry says Democrats willing to scale-back on climate change/GHG proposal.
